As soon as your eve product is on the way back to us we’ll process your refund to the account you paid with and the money will be will you within three working days. If you paid with the 0% interest free credit option, we we’ll request a cancellation of your loan with our finance partner once the mattress has been collected and your refund will be processed via Razorpay. This process will take up to three working days to appear in your account.
Please note: in case of 365 day trial only store credit will be provided.
