I ordered this mattress for my dad. I received a call from Soho asking if I want to alter the size to my bed – which is nice. The shopping experience was almost as if I am shopping from Soho directly. Even after they shipped the product, they informed me that in case I want to modify the size after delivery they can do that for me. The product was delivered on time and the delivery person helped to unpack and set it up. Soho support called and gave me instructions on how to use the mattress and also followed up later. The mattress is very cushiony and feels alright to sleep.

This mattress is being used by us since about four months and it is perhaps the best one. Worth the money. Actually relieves one from body pain and cramps related to muscles or pain caused due to body weight and bad sleeping postures. It has all the bounciness sans the bad side effects of springy expensive mattresses because the memory foam lets you sleep soundly and deeply. Sleeping on this mattress after a whole day of hardwork, the body feels well rested and refreshed upon waking up. I have also noticed that perhaps due to the perfect support that it gives (almost cradles), the body never feels bloated in the morning. With a twenty year warranty one can arrive at a conclusion that it is a good investment. But one must definitely use it with the Soho waterproof mattress protective cover of the same size available on Amazon itself and has to be purchased separately, in order to keep the mattress spotless. Since this cover is a really useful one which does not let any kind of liquid to percolate through it.

Really fentastic this review iam giving after the matters being used for a week probably…bought Soho matters ,it was for my mother in law who is suffering badly of her old met road accident which made her spinal cord bone a air crack which she suffers bad pain if she travels or sit for an hour or above she is 68 now, she was sleeping late at nights with previous local matters….but now she goes to bed 11pm and sleeps till morning 6am… without felling her back aech….matters protection is all good absoves liquid but will not harm beneath drys off

It has been 1 week that i have been using this mattress. I wanted to take time before writing any review so that i can give a fair judgement. The mattress is amazing at its price, i cannot say enough. Not only is the soft side comfortable, even the firm side is as comfortable. Even from day 1 i had no complaints at all. Plus, the customer service, they called and confirmed with me if the size i ordered is what matches my bed size and also the color requirements. It was delivered pretty fast and i still can’t believe how such a huge mattress was packed into that little box. Awesome technology. All in all, it was a grat buy for me. I rate it a 5/5.

It’s been few days sleeping on this mattress. , I say that mattresses do make a difference. After good amount of online research ordered this mattress, but was bit skeptical as whether it would be suitable for me or not. The delivery was hassle free with regular followup from Soho team. I was surprised to see the small and nice packaging, unboxing was easy and the mattress was of right measurement a perfect to my requirement. It took few days to get adjusted to the new mattress however now it is pretty comfortable. I have been using this for more than a month, before that I was having occasional back pain, but after using this have not felt any though I have not changed any of my lifestyle. This matress is the solution of my every problem. I had severe shoulder pain and lower back pain. O don’t remember being in pain anymore after i started using this matress. I’m really happy with this product. My husband used to have neck pains sometimes after waking up, now since we’ve started using this matress he never complained about his neck pain,not even once. 2. The packing is very good. They wrapped the mattress and covered it tightly 2 or 3 layers of packing which is compact and very secure.

Like everything about this product from the way order was handled, the regularity of communication, product pricing, packaging, delivery and finally the product quality itself. No exaggerations in any aspect. Yes I always thought a full foam mattress how can it be firm yet comfortable to sleep. It is. Had long used spring, coir, mix of everything before a family member suggested this. Simply awesome, saying this after 4 weeks of use. I am hoping that it lasts as much as they have advertised with the same vomfort level with proper care from me. I bought an 8″ thick one though lesser thickness would have sufficed. I am happy.

To begin with, let me state that I already own 2 Spring Mattress from Kurl-on which costs a lot more than this one, don’t get me wrong, they’re really good but the Soho Memory foam mattress is definitely a heaven to sleep in. EVERYTIME I simply lie down on it, it feels like i’m having a back massage in a spa and no matter what, you WILL NOT GET ANY BACK PAIN by sleeping in any position in this mattress. I’m writing this review after 3 months of purchase, initially it was too soft for me. I used to sleep on a hard mattress because I’m into athletics and ness. At one point of time, I was actually planning to return the product because I was getting back pain because of the softness. However, I called the customer care and told the same. They explained the reason behind it(which is “the body takes 20-25 days to adjust to a new mattress”) and asked me to flip the mattress and it worked with no body-pain, amazing sleep and lots of comfort. If you want to give it a try, just give it at least 30 days or more and you will never regret!!

When you share your concerns, they give options to try out and check on you after a couple of weeks. This is a very comfortable mattress. I was little apprehensive about ordering a mattress online but this one broke down that belief. I ordered for my parents who are 65+. They are not complaining about any back pain. This mattress is not too soft. If it was soft it would have caused a lot for getting up. I am feeling good that i made a better choice for them. A line of feedback though, since this is not a reversible mattress why don’t you guys mark an arrow or just write which one is top. You people gave me the option to customize and i took grey cover. It was told grey should come on top and i had trouble in differentiating grey from grey. What if somebody is trying to rearrange bedding and they don’t know this color code!

Amazing customer experience-
1. Called prior to dispatch to get exact dimension which would the bed.
2. Had issues with courier partner during delivery and later replacement, both were handled well by the Soho customer executive, beyond my expectations. Kept following personally till issue got resolved to my satisfaction.

This mattress is really good for backache relief. My wife had severe lower backache after her c section. So, I ordered this mattress after lots and lots of research. The mattress has stable and even surface which is very beneficial for the spine. One can sleep in a natural position without sinking their whole body on this mattress. Now my wife does not Soho up tired or in pain. Not really sure about the durability as I have been using this mattress since 7 months. So far so good. I will update about the durability after using it for a year.
