Now you can place an order on Sohomattress.in and get it delivered the same day in select cities. Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week, for both residential and business customers in select areas and ZIP codes.

How do I place an order for same-day delivery?

Same-day orders can only be placed online at BestBuy.com. If the products are eligible and you order before 12 noon IST, you will receive items the same day. If you order after the deadline, you will receive the items the next day.

Who will be delivering my same-day order?

We offer same-day delivery through our delivery partners in select areas Currently operating in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai & Hyderabad.
Please check and confirm with the customer support before ordering for same-day delivery in the above-mentioned cities. We recommend that you are home to receive your order.

What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

  • For residential deliveries, if our delivery partner attempts delivery, but you are not available, and they cannot find a safe place to leave your order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided during checkout.
  • For business deliveries, someone must be available to receive the order. Our delivery partner may try to contact you at the phone number provided during checkout.

If the delivery is not able to be completed, your order will be returned to the warehouse, and customer support will coordinate for the next date of delivery.

Why are some products not available for same-day delivery?

Most products that are in stock at the store will be available for same-day delivery.
The minimum order value for Same-day-Delivery is Rs.5000

What if I don’t receive my delivery?

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or log in to your https://sohomattress.in/my-account/ account to check the status of your order.

  • If the product is showing as delivered, be sure our delivery provider didn’t leave the product in a hidden location.
  • If you are still unable to find your order, call 1800-208-1212 for help. Please have your order number ready for faster service.
  • If our delivery provider was unable to deliver your order, the tracking link will show Returned Back to Sender. The product will be returned to the store and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.
