We get it – life happens. If for some reason you can’t make your Sezzle payment as originally planned, there are a few options.


Reschedule the payment

If you know you can’t make a payment on the due date, you can reschedule your payment. 

The first reschedule on your order is always free, and you can reschedule the payments on your order up to three times. Any reschedule beyond the first one will have a ₹100 fee apply.To ensure that the reschedule processes, you will need to reschedule the payment at least 48 hours in advance.


Change payment method

If something went wrong with your old payment method, as your credit card got stolen, you can also change your payment method. To ensure that the installment comes out of the new payment method, we recommend updating it at least 48 hours in advance.
